Original Writing
Content you wrote yourself with your own ideas, research, and perspective. First-person experiences, opinions, and expertise are all valued.
Educational Content
Tutorials, how-to guides, explainers, and deep dives that genuinely help readers learn something useful.
Creative Fiction & Stories
Original short stories, serialized fiction, screenplays, and creative writing across all genres.
Thoughtful Opinion Pieces
Well-reasoned perspectives on technology, business, culture, and life — even controversial ones, as long as they are respectful.
Personal Experiences
Your journey as an entrepreneur, writer, traveler, parent, or anything else. Authentic personal stories resonate deeply.
Research & Analysis
Data-backed analysis, industry reports, and research summaries with proper attribution to sources.
Plagiarism
Copying content from other sources without proper attribution. This includes paraphrasing without credit and submitting AI-generated text as your own without disclosure.
Hate Speech
Content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Misinformation
Deliberately false or misleading information, especially about health, finance, or current events. Satire is allowed but must be clearly labeled.
Explicit Content
Graphic sexual content, pornography, or gratuitous violence. Mature themes in fiction are acceptable when handled thoughtfully and not gratuitously.
Spam & Self-Promotion
Articles that exist purely to promote a product, service, or website without providing genuine value to readers.
Privacy Violations
Publishing someone else's private information without consent — including addresses, phone numbers, or personal photos.
Illegal Content
Any content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, piracy, or substance abuse.
We want Beyond The Scripts to be known for quality. Content that meets these standards is more likely to be featured and recommended to readers.
Minimum Length
Articles should be at least 300 words. Very short articles rarely provide enough value. Story chapters should be at least 500 words.
Proper Grammar & Spelling
Proofread your work before publishing. Use our built-in AI grammar checker if needed. Consistently poor writing hurts reader experience.
Meaningful Titles
Titles should accurately describe your content. Clickbait titles that mislead readers are discouraged and may be flagged.
Cover Images
Articles with cover images get significantly more reads. Use high-quality, relevant images. Only use images you have rights to use.
Proper Formatting
Use headings (H2, H3), paragraphs, and bullet points to make your content scannable. A wall of text is hard to read.
Source Attribution
If you reference statistics, studies, or other content, link to or credit the original source.
