You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish on Beyond The Scripts. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and in our newsletter. You can delete your content at any time.

All content must meet our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Contains explicit sexual or violent material
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Spreads misinformation or fake news
• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Is plagiarized or AI-generated without disclosure
• Constitutes spam or low-quality content

6. Writer Earnings

Beyond The Scripts operates a writer earnings program (currently in simulation mode). Earnings are calculated based on engagement metrics including views, bookmarks, and comments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the earnings program at any time. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on platform revenue.

7. Intellectual Property

The Beyond The Scripts brand, logo, design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without explicit written permission. Our name "Beyond The Scripts" and logo are protected marks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Articles and stories on this platform represent the views of individual authors, not Beyond The Scripts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond The Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any content on the platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
